Cancellation Policy

## Scarlet Society Booking Policy All classes must be booked and paid for in advance. Your space is only confirmed once payment has been completed and you have received a booking confirmation. In case of class cancelation by Scarlet Society, you will receive full refund. ### Cancellations and rescheduling Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to **24 hours before the class starts**. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class, late arrivals, and missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date. ### Late arrivals Please arrive 10 minutes before your class. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be allowed to join, as missing the warm-up can create a safety risk. The booking will still be treated as a late cancellation. ### Refunds Class bookings are generally non-refundable. Where Scarlet Society cancels a class, you will be offered a transfer, account credit, or full refund. ### Waitlists Some classes may operate on a waitlist basis. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee a place. You will be contacted if a space becomes available or once the minimum number of participants has been reached. ### Class changes Scarlet Society may occasionally change the instructor, timetable, or class format. Where possible, students will be notified in advance. ### Health and safety You must inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or other concerns that may affect your ability to participate. All students must complete the required waiver and medical questionnaire before taking part. Participation is at your own risk, and students must follow the instructor’s safety guidance at all times. ### Age requirement Students under 18 may only attend approved classes and must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. ### Clothing and preparation Appropriate clothing must be worn for the booked class. For pole classes, shorts may be required for safe grip. Do not apply body oils or moisturizers before pole classes. Knee pads, pole grip, suitable heels, or other equipment may be recommended depending on the class. ### Behaviour Scarlet Society is a respectful and inclusive space. Unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior will not be accepted and may result in removal from the class without a refund. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted this booking policy. Scarlet Society is part of Supreme Boxing Club.
